具體要求：
1.大專以上學(xué)歷, 機械設(shè)計等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2.五年以上鈑金加工工藝設(shè)計經(jīng)驗及相關(guān)生產(chǎn)制造經(jīng)驗
3.精通AutoCAD, Solidwork或其他3D設(shè)計軟件及其他辦公軟件;
4.善于解決工藝設(shè)計中的各類問題, 精通各機械加工工藝(銑, 車, 磨, 數(shù)控加工等)
5.了解ISO 9000, 5S等管理常識;
6.強烈質(zhì)量觀念, 注重精確性與細節(jié), 能善于運用各種資源高效工作, 良好的分析能力
7.良好的溝通技巧, 以客戶為先, 具靈活應(yīng)變能力;
8.能夠書寫英文報告, 能簡單英語口語交流
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Support on-going manufacturing in relation to daily technical issues and engineering problems, both internally and externally
2.Design the WI (SOP) for the Sheet metal, Steel machining, Welding, Assembly process.
3.Design fixtures and tools for the Steel machine, Bending, Welding, Assembly process.
4.Prepare the drawings that are necessary for the production
5.Perform on-the-job training of workers, based on company’s training schedule and program
6.Perform quality control by frequent and timely communication on technical matters
7.Constantly find solutions to clients fabrication requirements while maintaining highest quality and lowest cost.
REQUIREMENT:
1.College diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering
2.More than 5 years sheet metal fabrication experience from working in an engineering department and experience from production and production methods
3.Skillful in AutoCAD operation; Solidwork or Other 3D software as well as Microsoft Office applications
4.Mechanically highly skilled and with high problem solving ability with proficiency in metal machining process,(milling, lathe, grind and CNC etc)
5.Knowledge on ISO 9000, 5S etc.
6.Quality oriented, accurate, detailed and efficient with design application, good analytical skills
7.Good Communications skills, customer oriented and flexible
8.Must be able to write English reports and communicate in Basic English
崗位職責(zé)：

2.為各工序設(shè)計相關(guān)工藝流程, 制作工藝制程卡, 包括鈑金加工, 機加工, 焊接, 裝配等；
3.為各工序設(shè)計相關(guān)工裝夾具, 包括機加工, 焊接, 裝配等；
4.繪制生產(chǎn)所須各類圖紙；
5.根據(jù)公司的培訓(xùn)計劃及時間表進行員工現(xiàn)場培訓(xùn)；
6.通過及時充分的溝通，實施質(zhì)量控制；
7.以最高的質(zhì)量，最低的成本為客戶尋求最佳解決方案
